Our award-winning Finocchiona is inspired by the flavors of southern Tuscany, seasoned with aromatic fennel, cracked black pepper, and a touch of Chianti for depth and character. Aged 30–40 days, it develops a rich, savory flavor with a subtle sweetness and classic Italian profile.
Sold whole in a 1/3 lb piece, each salami is carefully cured and packaged to maintain quality and freshness. For the best experience, we recommend slicing thin at home to fully enjoy its texture and layered flavor. Perfect for charcuterie boards, it pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, olives, crusty bread, and a glass of Chianti or other medium-bodied red wine.
