About Us
Cured by Visconti’s is a USDA-inspected producer of artisan, handcrafted salumi, sausages, and specialty meats rooted in Old World European traditions. What began in 2008 as a passion project to share favorite Italian and German recipes has grown into a full-scale production facility in Wenatchee, Washington, complete with fermentation rooms, smokers, grinders, and curing chambers.
We are committed to using high-quality meats, traditional techniques, and time-honored methods to create bold, authentic flavors. Every product is made in small batches with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and integrity. Today, Cured offers more than 30 varieties of award-winning salami, fresh and smoked sausages, snack sticks, and whole muscle products.
