Our salami is crafted using traditional fermentation and curing techniques to develop bold, balanced flavors and a refined texture. Each variety is carefully seasoned and naturally fermented for 48 hours, allowing depth and character to build over time.
All of our salami is shelf stable and uncured, meaning no nitrates or nitrites have been added except those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder. This approach allows the true flavor of the meat and spices to shine while maintaining quality and integrity in every batch.
From classic profiles to more unique, seasonal varieties, our salami is made to be enjoyed on its own, paired with cheese and wine, or featured as the centerpiece of any charcuterie board.
