Oregano Salami

Our Oregano Salami is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship and thoughtful sourcing, made with heritage pork raised free-range on a sustainable family farm. Seasoned with robust red wine, aromatic garlic, and delicately perfumed with Calabrian oregano, it delivers a beautifully balanced flavor that highlights classic Italian character. Aged 21–30 days, it develops a firm yet tender texture with a savory, herb-forward finish.

Sold whole in a 1/3 lb piece, each salami is carefully cured and packaged to maintain quality and freshness. For the best experience, we recommend slicing thin at home to fully enjoy its texture and layered flavor. Perfect for charcuterie boards, it pairs wonderfully with fresh mozzarella, marinated olives, crusty bread, and a glass of Italian red or a crisp white wine.
