Vanetta Salami

Our Vanetta Salami is a classic, house favorite and a true expression of traditional Italian-style salami. Made with 100% pork and seasoned with Chianti red wine and white pepper, it offers a smooth, savory flavor with a subtle tang and delicate spice. Naturally fermented and aged for at least 20 days, it develops a tender texture and well-rounded depth.

Sold whole in a 1/3 lb piece, each salami is carefully cured and packaged to maintain quality and freshness. For the best experience, we recommend slicing thin at home to fully enjoy its texture and layered flavor. Perfect for charcuterie boards or everyday snacking, it pairs beautifully with provolone, olives, crusty bread, and a glass of red wine or a light, crisp beer.
