Our Bresaola is an award-winning, all-beef whole muscle cut that highlights the elegance and tradition of northern Italian curing. Made from premium cuts of Piedmontese beef and seasoned with juniper berry, garlic, rosemary, and thyme, it delivers a clean, savory flavor with subtle herbal notes and a refined, delicate finish.

Crafted from non-GMO certified, grass-fed and grass-finished beef, this bresaola is carefully dry aged for approximately 8 weeks to develop its signature tenderness and depth of flavor. The result is a beautifully balanced product that is both rich and nuanced.
