Made with 100% pork, this shelf-stable product is uncured, meaning no nitrates or nitrites have been added except those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder. Naturally fermented for 48 hours and aged for at least 20 days, it develops a firm texture and complex, satisfying flavor.

Sold whole in a 1/3 lb piece, each salami is carefully cured and packaged to maintain quality and freshness. For the best experience, we recommend slicing thin at home to fully enjoy its texture and layered flavor.
