Made with 100% pork and red wine, then carefully fermented and aged, it develops a smooth texture with a balanced smokiness and subtle spice.

Sold whole in a 1/3 lb piece, each salami is carefully cured and packaged to maintain quality and freshness. For the best experience, we recommend slicing thin at home to fully enjoy its texture and depth of flavor.
